Return Policy
We are committed to providing a seamless return experience. If you return a shelf-stable item in new condition and in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will issue store credit for your order total, minus our shipping and handling costs for both the outgoing and return shipments. Please take note of the following details regarding our return policies:
Return Policy for Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy will apply.
Return Policy for Free Shipping Items
For items that were shipped at no cost, the shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Return Policy for Perishable Items
Unfortunately, if a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable,” we cannot provide store credit. Unlike shelf-stable items, perishable goods cannot be resold once returned. In such cases, we do offer customers a 20% discount on a replacement order.
Return Policy for Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or if items are missing, please inform us within 15 days. We will promptly send you a replacement. Please note that missing items may have been substituted.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, we may run out of a specific item for various reasons. While this is not common, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item with another of equal or greater value. Thank you for your understanding!
